Applied Biosystems chose to partner with Goldman Promotions which is now an affiliate of Lee Wayne Corporation, for the Applied Biosystems merchandise program due, in part, to Goldman Promotions' 40-year history of creativity and service. How do I order merchandise?
The Applied Biosystems company store features items which may be purchased one of several ways.

How do I pay for my order?
You may pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Orders totalling over $1,000, see our ordering guidelines.

Can I order merchandise for personal use?
Yes. If your purchase is for personal use you must pay for the order with a major credit card at the time you place the order.

Is there sales tax on my order?
Sales tax will be collected on all orders. Lee Wayne Corporation is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Merchandise that is in stock will ship within 24 hours. Unless you specify otherwise the order will be shipped via UPS Ground. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Rush service is available. To receive rush shipment you must specify two-day or overnight shipping at the time you place your order.

Can you ship items overseas?

For overseas shipment, please note that actual shipping charges plus a $10.00 handling charge will be billed. What is your return policy?
Inventory Items:
We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality, we will replace your order. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that is delivered as ordered and is free from defects in the quality and workmanship of the customization.

Please contact our customer service team at 800-468-4332 to advise them of your return and have your Sales Order number ready for reference. Merchandise cannot be returned without Lee Wayne Corporation's consent. All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

Custom Orders:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Custom Order merchandise.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Merchandise that is in stock will ship within 48 hours. Unless you specify otherwise the order will be shipped via UPS Ground. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Rush service is available. To receive rush shipment you must specify two-day or overnight shipping at the time you place your order.

Can you ship my order to a different address?
Your order can be shipped to a different address however we can only accept one shipping address per on-line order. A new on-line order will need to be created if merchandise is to be sent to more than one address.

Can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately, as there may be a chance that we have already processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.
